Words to Live By:
The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.It is more important that the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill.
The remarkable thing is - we have a choice every day of our lives regarding the attitude we embrace for that day.
We cannot change our past. We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude.
I'm convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you.
We are in charge of our attitudes.

Susan M. Brown is a native of Fayette County, Georgia. She began her legal career clerking for local Peachtree City law firm Webb, Lindsey & Wade while still attending Georgia State University Law School. After graduating in 1997, she continued to work for the firm, gaining even more experience handling personal injury, domestic (divorce and child custody) and corporate matters. Her reputation for tremendous results quickly grew and has reached far beyond Peachtree City and Fayette County. Susan has a thriving practice representing divorce and personal injury clients on one hand, and a host of corporate clients and business people on the other. After numerous requests from clients that she expand her services, Susan partnered with attorney Joseph A. Fried and together they formed Georgia Closing Group, LLC. This joint venture services builders, developers, realtors, brokers, lenders and investors with their real estate closings and related legal needs. What distinguishes the practice is that it takes the unique needs of the individual client into account. Since opening in May 2007, Georgia Closing Group LLC has already been named as preferred closing attorneys for some of the area's largest real estate entities. When service matters, Georgia Closing Group LLC is the clear choice for real estate closings and related legal needs.
