Overview

The U.S. Army 1st Brigades tapped a|i|m to infiltrate hard-to-reach high schools in their territory and strengthen local recruiting relationships. A|i|m developed an interactive community-focused marketing tour to bring the U.S. Army to high schools in 13 states. Each tour included Faculty Hospitality, Pre-game Activation, In-Game Activation, Game Ball Presentation, and MVP Presentation.

a|i|m managed all tour logistics, negotiations, engagement, staffing, hospitality, and lead management. Throughout the tour, a|i|m worked with local recruiters to optimize the local recruiting experience at each tour stop.
